He has a keen ability to lead teams that deliver products to market faster, more predictably, and with higher levels of transparency.

Chris Condo
Principal Analyst, Forrester, Guest Speaker‍
Principal Analyst Chris Condo serves application development and delivery professionals. He is part of Forrester's coverage of agile-plus-DevOps and the technologies that support it, such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and open source software and tools. Of particular interest is Chris’ coverage of emerging tool categories, such as value stream management (VSM) solutions that help map, measure, govern, and visualize workflow through the software delivery process and feature management tools that enable software experimentation and selective delivery strategies. Chris is co-maintainer of Forrester’s modern application delivery playbook and stands behind its vision for a more holistic, systems-oriented approach to application design and development.

Mara is the Vice President of Transformation Solutions at Planview, responsible for the design and implementation of the company’s IP – primarily the Flow Framework®. Mara has an extensive background in software delivery, product management and most recently, Value Stream Management during her role as a Principal Value Stream Architect. Her passion is helping organizations see the big picture of the complexities of managing technology at scale and, based on that customer experience, designing solutions and approaches to make that task more delightful and collaborative across organizational silos. She believes products, solutions, and frameworks must have the customer at the center to ensure value-add business decisions.
