As the Head of Strategy and Innovation at CSX, I bring a wealth of experience in innovation, research and development, engineering and finance. With an MBA from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, I have a strong foundation in both business and technical fields.

Throughout my career, I have held various leadership positions where I led teams responsible for the investigation, research and development, implementation, and transfer of new technologies that improve safety, productivity, and customer service. I have also acted as an adviser or lead on in-house and industry-level steering committees focused on technology including machine vision, autonomous vehicles and sustainability.
